TICKETS POLICY

Please read carefully

3Group Feste cares deeply about the satisfaction of our customers therefore please find below the Tickets Policy for any of the 3Group Feste Events. This policy applies only to tickets purchased via the 3Group Feste website.

1. ⁠If you've purchased a ticket to a sold-out event and can't attend, you can ask for a refund through 3GroupFeste.com or Instagram DM @italiasefesta

2. The resale queue is activated at the discretion of the event promoter and therefore may not be active for every event.

3. If the Resale queue is active, once the event sells out, the ticket will be sold on a first in, first out, basis.

4. ⁠You can change your mind at any time. (Provided your ticket hasn’t already sold.) Communicating your intention through 3GroupFeste.com or Instagram DM @italiasefesta

5. ⁠Once resold, the original ticket is cancelled, you are notified immediately and refunded your ticket minus a small administrative fee within a few days.

6. Resale tickets will always be available at the final ticket tier price.
